TEAM ' ENVIRO AVITTAMS' Eco club is a platform on which we got the knowledge about environment. The meaning of an eco club in a group who works to contribute to improving environmental conditions. They offer programs and activities to encourage others to reduce pollution, plant trees, and more. Eco club or green club is a voluntary group which promotes the participation of students in learning about, and improving their environment. A green club is a means by which students and youth can organize themselves to learn more and this issue, and also take action to improve their immediate environment. For teachers, it is a wonderful opportunity to create awareness, build attitudes and help students take up activities in real world, in a way in which the constraints of the classroom and curriculum will not allow. It is a vibrant, active endeavor of the students and staff with a prime concern of protecting and conserving our environment. FROM THE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT'S DESK Green Steps At Home And School Eco club, Pushpanjali Enclave is committed to spread environment consciousness for global security and sustainability towards a bigger and noble cause. We make efforts to inspire and influence all the students about the need for maintaining a perfect ecological balance and a healthy, pollution-free environment. We guide them to be environment - friendly and start taking green steps in everyday life for their visible involvement in preventing environmental degradation. THESE STEPS INCLUDE: Not wasting paper as it comes from plants. Not causing any damage to plants, birds and animals. Saving water. Keeping the use of plastics to the bare minimum. Saying no to the use of crackers/ fireworks. Switching off electric lights/ devices when not in use. Not playing loud music or keeping radio/ T. V. on high volume. Carrying own cloth/ jute bags to the market for shopping. Growing plants and flower
